Busy lives means less time for self-care.
So slow down, take your foot off the gas and let me guide you
through my relaxing beauty rituals.

Having a baby and experiencing the full process of being pregnant and giving birth, made me proud of my own body.
What an amazing machine it is.
But as even machines need to be taken care of, revitalizing my body (and mind) is now my top priority.
So once a week, mostly on a sunday, I book myself in for a wellness getaway to my own bathroom.
The perfect opportunity to soak up some time for myself and to give my body the attention it deserves.
